Processing & Shipping
Every Burgid doll is handmade to order, so there are two stages:
- Processing (making your item): 5-7 business days
- Shipping: 10-5 business days after it ships
Most US orders arrive within about 2-3 weeks total. Because each piece is crocheted by hand and made in the order it's received, we recommend ordering early for birthdays, holidays, and other special dates.

1. Can you make a custom or personalized doll?
Yes, this is our most popular request! Custom skin tones, personalized name plaques, custom messages/text, and special character requests are all welcome. Email contact@burgid.com (or use our contact form) with what you'd like, and we'll confirm what's possible, the price, and the timing. Tip: send your personalization details right after ordering, with your order number.
2. I got a shipping email but my tracking isn't updating. Is something wrong?
No - this is normal at first. Tracking usually takes 2-7 days to start updating (international orders to the UK/AU/CA often only update once the package reaches your country, up to ~21 days). Just follow the tracking link and it will refresh as your parcel moves. If "delivered" shows but you don't have it, email contact@burgid.com with your order number and we'll help.
3. I entered the wrong address / need to change it. Can you help?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@burgid.com. If the order hasn't been processed yet we'll do our best to fix it, but once it's processed or shipped we can't change the address. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.
4. My item is wrong/damaged, or I want to return it. What do I do?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrived wrong, damaged, or defective, email contact@burgid.com with your order number and a photo - we'll send a replacement or refund and cover the shipping when it's our error. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused in original packaging (return shipping is the customer's). Custom/personalized items are non-returnable.
