1. Nature of Digital Products
All digital files offered on burgid.com are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a personal-use license to access and use the digital content.

2. License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital file from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may:

• Download and use the file for your own personal projects.
• Print the file for your own personal use.

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, or gift the digital file (in whole or in part).
• Use the file for any commercial purpose, including creating products for sale.
• Modify the file and claim it as your own.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the digital products remain the exclusive property of Burgid. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership.

4. Refund Policy for Digital Files
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded. Please contact us at contact@burgid.com if you encounter any issue with your file.

5. Enforcement
We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution of our digital files. Any infringement of this policy may result in legal action.
