Refund policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must provide receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Process & Shipping Fee

To start a return, please contact us at contact@burgid.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo (if item is damaged / wrong / defective)

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost
  • Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged item)

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item
  • Item not as described

Contact us immediately at contact@burgid.com.

We will evaluate the issue and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Return & refund

This will be determined based on the situation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital download files

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if the refund is approved
  • If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method
  • Refund processing time: within 10 business days

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Because our products are handmade, production begins quickly.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they:

  • Enter production
  • Are packed
  • Are shipped

To cancel, email: contact@burgid.com with your order number.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the order is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to:

  • Cancel within 14 days
  • Return for any reason
  • Item must be unused and in original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective.
